Alleged images of Samsung Galaxy J1, called as Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016), have been leaked online by a Twitter user, @evleaks. Last month also images and specification of the phone were tweeted by @sleaknow.
The original Samsung Galaxy J1 was launched in India last February for Rs 7,190. It has a 4.3-inch touchscreen with 480x800 pixels resolution, 1.2 GHz dual core processor, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB ROM, and a micro SD card slot of 64 GB capacity.
The older Galaxy J1 is based on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and has a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with an LED flash. Besides, it has a 2-megapixel front camera, dual SIM and an 1850 mAh Li-Ion battery that claims to offers 10 hours of 3G Talktime. The existing Samsung Galaxy J1 model also offers FM radio, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, WiFi Direct, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, Proximity sensor, and Accelerometer.
